About TripleDart
TripleDart is the AI-native GTM operating system for B2B SaaS. Since 2021 we've helped 300+ B2B tech companies build pipeline, including Glean, Helpshift, SpotDraft, Signeasy and AllaraGlobal. We're 80+ operators across 8+ countries, a HubSpot Platinum Partner, Google Premier Partner and Great Place to Work certified.
Our RevOps practice runs three tracks for clients across the US, UK and India:
- CRM & lifecycle: HubSpot and Salesforce builds, attribution, lead scoring, routing, migrations.
- GTM engineering: AI agents and automations on n8n, Clay and Claude that plug into the client's CRM, Slack and inbox.
- AI SDR / outbound: signal-based and high-volume outbound, from email infrastructure to booked meetings.
We're operators, not order-takers. Nobody wins here by seniority; the best argument gets the green light, and we measure output, not seat time.
The role
You'll run a slice of our RevOps business as if it were your own: a portfolio of client accounts and the pod of strategists and engineers who deliver them. You report to Director of Revenue Operations.
This is a player-coach role. Roughly half your week is hands-on in client HubSpot portals and AI builds; the other half is leading the pod, owning client relationships and growing the accounts. You're the person a client CRO texts when something breaks, and the person your team comes to when they're stuck.
We want someone AI-native: you reach for Breeze, Claude, Clay or n8n before you reach for a ticket. When the clean solution takes three weeks, you find the scrappy one that ships this week, then make it robust.
What you'll own
Client accounts
- Be the day-to-day lead for a set of B2B SaaS clients: weekly calls, roadmaps, status updates and the hard conversations.
- Translate a vague ask from a CMO or CRO into a clear plan, scope and timeline within one call.
- Spot expansion: new hubs, GTM engineering builds, outbound. Work with sales to scope and close it.
- Own the sales-to-delivery handoff for new clients in your portfolio, and catch scope creep early.
Your pod
- Lead RevOps strategists and engineers: assign work by skill and capacity, run weekly 1:1s, write their reviews.
- Review deliverables before clients see them: workflow logic, lifecycle definitions, scoring models, data models.
- Coach juniors into client-facing owners. Your success is measured by who grows under you.
Hands-on delivery
- Architect and build in HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations Hubs: objects, properties, pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, routing, attribution and reporting.
- Handle integrations and migrations, including HubSpot–Salesforce sync, Smart Transfer migrations and data clean-ups.
- Work comfortably across the wider stack when clients need it: Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Lemlist, Gong, Zapier.
AI-first builds
- Deploy HubSpot AI in real client portals: Breeze Copilot, Breeze agents (customer, prospecting, data) and AI-assisted workflows.
- Ship GTM engineering builds with n8n, Clay and Claude: lead-qualification agents, enrichment flows, call analysis, account bots.
- Turn repeat fixes into reusable playbooks, templates and internal agents so the whole practice gets faster.
Who you are
- Agency-bred. 5–10 years in RevOps or CRM, with at least 3 at a HubSpot partner or RevOps agency juggling several clients at once.
- A people leader already. You've managed 3+ people at an agency: hired, reviewed, coached and covered for them.
- Deep in HubSpot. You can architect a portal from scratch and debug someone else's mess. You know where HubSpot breaks and how to work around it. Certifications help; portals you've built matter more.
- AI-native. You've shipped at least one real AI build for a client or your agency: a Breeze agent, a Claude- or GPT-powered workflow, a Clay table that replaced manual research. Show us.
- Fast and resourceful. You solve with what's available today: a custom-code action, an n8n flow, a quick script. You don't wait for the perfect tool.
- Clear with clients. You run calls with US founders and VPs confidently, write crisp updates and say "no" or "not yet" without damaging trust.
- Commercially aware. You think in hours, margin and scope, and you flag risk before it becomes a write-off.
Nice to have
- Salesforce admin experience, or a HubSpot–Salesforce bi-directional sync you've owned end to end.
- Hands-on Clay, n8n or Make, plus outbound tooling (Smartlead, HeyReach, Lemlist) and email deliverability.
- Basic JavaScript or Python for HubSpot custom-code actions and API work.
- Experience scoping SOWs or supporting pre-sales calls.
- Public proof of work: LinkedIn posts, a talk, templates or a community you contribute to.
