Role Overview (Summary)
This role sits at the center of TripleDart’s AI-driven content engine. As a Senior Copywriter, you’re not just writing — you’re owning the quality system that ensures everything the AI produces is sharp, accurate, and on-brand. Your work directly impacts client trust, retention, and how effectively the entire workflow scales.
- Own final QC for all client-facing copy (ads, landing pages, email, sales assets)
- Ensure zero copy-related escalations and eliminate churn risk
- Improve AI output by refining ICP context, brand voice, and prompts
- Act as copy POC on client calls — lead discussions and translate feedback
- Contribute to TripleDart’s own marketing and positioning
- Operate as a senior IC with full ownership of the copy quality system
Key Responsibilities
A. Quality Control
- Final QC on all client-facing copy before it ships (ads, LPs, emails, decks, social)
- Apply 6-point QC: weak claims, tone, factual accuracy, terminology, redundancy, FUD
- Flag issues with one-line fixes (no full rewrites)
- Zero tolerance for hallucinated stats — if it’s not in the brief, cut it
- Treat QC as a retention safeguard, not just editing
- Maintain 24-hour SLA (faster for urgent work)
- Keep a QC log by client + issue type to spot patterns
B. Brand Voice Ownership
- Act as copy POC for assigned accounts
- Join client calls as the copy authority
- Build & maintain brand voice docs (tone, vocab, do/don’t examples)
- Turn vague feedback into clear, actionable fixes
- Defend strong copy when right; adapt when client insight is better
- Flag risks early — no surprise escalations
C. Improving AI Workflow
- Build client-specific context (ICP, voice, banned words, claims, competitors)
- Convert QC issues into prompt improvements
- Continuously refine prompts (briefs, angles, ICP, QC)
- Track first-draft acceptance rate per client
- Identify where AI underperforms → route to human-led work
- Stay ahead on tools (what’s useful vs noise)
D. Internal Growth Contribution
- Work on TripleDart’s own marketing (LPs, email, social, sales assets)
- Deliver 1 meaningful growth asset/month
- Help shape positioning and messaging
- Study competitors and bring insights back to team
- Treat TDD as a top-priority client
E. Documentation & Standards
- Maintain house copy guide (voice, banned words, claims, tone)
- Document QC decisions for repeat use
- Build a tagged library of strong examples
- Ensure systems run smoothly without dependency on you
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Review copy with a numbers-over-adjectives lens — back every claim with proof or rewrite using mechanism
- Flag weak briefs or misfiring AI output before drafting begins
- Run QC async with clear, actionable feedback the team can implement immediately
- Take full ownership of anything you sign off — you’re the final accountability layer
- Spot gaps and push for better — improve prompts, challenge weak tone, raise the bar
- Communicate early and directly when something’s off or delayed — no last-minute surprises

- Act as the final quality gate — nothing ships without your sign-off
- Build a track record of zero copy-related escalations and strong client trust
- Catch deep brand-voice issues and turn them into system-level improvements
- Own brand voice across accounts and become the go-to authority in client conversations
