As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high-performance websites. Your role focuses on translating designs into responsive, scalable Webflow builds that deliver seamless user experiences and support business goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the development of Webflow-based websites with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and security
  • Convert designs into responsive, clean, and scalable Webflow builds
  • Optimize website performance, accessibility, and page load speed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Webflow projects
  • Manage all technical aspects of the Webflow CMS, including collections and dynamic content
  • Collaborate closely with design and content teams to deliver visually compelling and user-friendly pages
  • Build and optimize landing pages using HubSpot and Unbounce when required
  • Stay up to date with Webflow features, best practices, and industry trends
  • Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide ongoing technical support
  • Mentor and guide junior developers when needed

You’re someone who

  • Has 2+ years of experience in web developments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and layout systems
  • Experience managing Webflow CMS and dynamic pages
  • Knowledge of Webflow Interactions
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Strong attention to detail and performance-focused mindset
  • Advanced Webflow interactions and animations
  • Experience using GSAP within Webflow projects
  • Integration of Lottie animations in Webflow
  • Custom code enhancements inside Webflow
  • Experience building scalable CMS-driven websites
  • Understanding of Webflow performance optimization and accessibility
